Commitment:

- I take all responsibility for my behavior and activity under the Company’s regulations and will follow the applicable laws while I am taking leave in the noted period above.

- I will not travel to any area afflicted by the COVID 19virus (in the country or outside the country)

- I will follow the guidance provided by the Vietnamese Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation.

- If I do not follow the travel and safety guidance provided the Vietnamese Ministry of Health and the World Health Organisation and am quarantined by the authorizing bodies in Vietnam the relevant applicable law will be applied.

- I understand that I am solely responsible when travelling abroad and if the Vietnamese Department of Immigration do not permit me to return to Vietnam the Company will not accept any responsibility or compensate me in this matter and the labour contract/ appendix to the labour contract/Agreement (if any) is automatically terminated.

- I understand that I am under the contract with the Company and I shall not violate any relevant regulations and shall bear full responsibility should my actions cause any damage to the Company or disobey laws in Vietnam.
